Expanding a family is such a memorable moment in your life - not only is your family welcoming a new baby, but also your order baby is being promoted to a new role: a big brother or sister. It's time of changes, so much love and excitement. Capturing this newly forming sibling relationship is so precious and important. That's why I absolutely love incorporating older siblings in a newborn photo session. During baby A.s newborn session I had the privilege to capture a very special sibling bond between her and her big brother Carter. He was proud as a punch to become a big brother and loved getting involved in his little sister's newborn photoshoot.
Big brother Carter was so gentle and sweet with his little sister - he was a natural! He helped me pick out headbands for his little sister, and shared some adorable smiles for the camera. Such a little rockstar!
His little sister was just as adorable and good - slept happily and sound throughout her session, and absolutely loved being swaddled.
