Award winning newborn photographer Oxfordshire

I had the privilege to photograph baby Arlo when he was only couple days new. He was such a good little one during his newborn photoshoot, and when his big sister Freya joined us after half a day at nursery, the sibling portraits brought huge smile on my face - seeing the pride, excitement and love in her eyes for her baby brother was so precious!

Arlo's mummy chose a lovely natural colour palette for his newborn portraits and it worked out lovely for this little chap. I love working with naturals, I think it perfectly compliments newborns freshness and brings out their beautiful natural features perfectly.

Newborns change so quickly, so it is important to capture all those little details:

It was important for baby A.s mum to get photo of her new baby with his big sister Freya who was so in love with her new brother. She was so gentle and excited, she chatted away and smiled proudly as she posed for her photos with her little brother.

“You will love them the same, despite your fear. Your heart doesn’t split, it doubles in size.” – Kerry De Roque Guice

I know how absolutely important sibling photos are to parents. And the reactions when I get to show the parents a portraits of all their babies together is always so precious - it is one of my favourite parts of my job. The pride in their eyes says it all.

Here are some of my favourites from this newborn gallery:
